Recruitment Consultant (Permanent Placements)

Up to £30,000 Basic

Plus, uncapped bonus

Anderson Scott Solutions is team of recruiters specialising in permanent placements only. We work predominately within the Media/Marketing, HR, Purchasing, Finance & Accounting, Technical & Engineering, IT, Sales/Commercial, Management and head-hunting sectors. Managing UK and worldwide roles.

Key Responsibilities

You will be experienced in developing new clients, negotiating with customers, able to attend and conduct client meetings either online or F2F, match and identify suitable candidates and place them into permanent work. You must be able generate new business from existing database leads and self-generation. You will account manage your business and explore increased spend opportunities. You will also be supported by our dedicated Business Development Manager, who will help grow your desk.

You will need to be extremely hard working, committed and dedicated to your personal development. You will have handled pressurised situations as well as worked to targets and deadlines.

Key Skills Required:

Minimum 12 months Recruitment Consultant experience (ideally within permanent sector)
Outbound sales and business development experience
A passion to provide exceptional service to your clients
Self-motivated and highly driven
Able to prioritise work load and multi task efficiently
Resilience and perseverance is essential
Must have driving licence and own car
